SVN Desert Commercial Advisors had a few nationally recognized sales in 2019 that made headlines for continual months. The year started off with a grand slam with the sale of 8th Ave Shops in January by Director of Retail Leasing & Sales Investments, Rommie Mojahed and his retail team. The shopping center sold for $6.9M in Mesa. Throughout the year, Mojahed and his retail team closed a few other sales totaling $22M. Additionally, the sale of the O’Neil Printing building sold at $9.23M in the central Phoenix corridor. Senior advisors, Justin Horwitz and Paul Borgesen III represented the buyers in the transaction. They also played an integral role in representing an investor in their purchase acquisitions in the downtown Phoenix, Roosevelt Row District.
