Ruiz stated, “For me, it means a lot to give back to my community. My grandfather tried when he was younger to open his own tailor shop but to no availability. I’ve spent the past 5 years working in some capacity with the Latino business community and have seen the struggles they go through, many times with building ownership and deal terms.” Ruiz works to find commercial space for small businesses all over the valley. “I help push my community forward by helping get deals done with favorable terms, as well as helping them get access to locations that they may have not been able to, or didn’t have the resources to get into certain plazas. This is something I would love to build my legacy on,” said Ruiz. He is a commercial real estate advisor that not only is building the legacy for himself in the memory of the challenges his grandfather faced, but also trying to help build the legacy for many other business owners in the Latino community.
