The newest location is 5985 W. Chandler Blvd., off south Kyrene Road and south of Chandler Boulevard.  The location is surrounded by a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Brunswick Lanes, hotels, and multifamily apartment communities just east of Chandler Pavilions. “We are happy that we were able to assist an existing client in diversifying her portfolio,” said Eckerd.

The single tenant NNN property listing options allowed SVN’s client to begin the process of transitioning all of her assets to similar product types. “We were able to identify this off-market opportunity for her to exchange so she was able to have passive income without any landlord responsibilities,” said Eckerd.  The transaction was hassle-free and was opened and closed escrow in 19 days with a cap rate of 6.6% at the time of the sale.  The transaction was handled by Irma Hickman with Commonwealth Land Title.
