The seller Frank Liu with 7007 Gulf Ltd. sold to buyer, Lama Yaqoub, a long-time client of Mojahed. The Burger King is located at 7011 Gulf Fwy right off the access road of a major highway. The drive through property includes great cotenants such as Chick-fil-A, Raising Canes Chicken Fingers, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken and in near proximity is Home Depot, Denny’s, IHOP and more. “This Burger King has a strong guarantor and the trade is exploding with new growth in the area,” Mojahed stated. With over ±272k cars per day, the visibility for the national QSR chain will be supported by the strong population in the area.
