He brings a vast knowledge of commercial real estate experience over the last two decades where is specializes in a wide range of sale and lease representations. George will be the first advisor to concentrate on lease and sale investments for medical offices. In addition, he also has been involved with development of infrastructure, institutional, retail and other commercial projects from acquisition to end user, giving him intimate industry knowledge when working with clients and handling challenges in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining SVN in Phoenix, Transtrum operated his own brokerage in Idaho, where he recently just moved from. George’s brokerage expertise includes the marketing and research of land, industrial, office, medical, and retail for lease and investment services. He also specializes in buyer and seller representation for investors, owner users, or 1031 exchanges and he represents landlords and tenants for leasing opportunities.
Transtrum is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member and utilizes his skill set in financial analysis to help his clients understand and meet their investment goals. With such a sophisticated background in the CRE industry, George will be a driving force in the Arizona market.
