Phoenix, Arizona – January 14, 2019 – The downtown Phoenix market has been a large hub for commercial real estate development in the past year.  Real estate signs are seen on every other corner in the downtown/midtown corridors and new developers are coming in and shaking up the market.  That is not all that is shaking up the CRE industry.  Closing approximately 50 deals in 2019, the downtown office team Justin Horwitz and Paul Borgesen III were named the 2019 Top Producers of the Year at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors.

These two senior advisors have been a staple in the commercial real estate industry in the downtown Phoenix market representing both buyers and sellers over the past year.  They started out the year with almost $19M in sales in the downtown Phoenix area alone.  They also made significant headlines moving into the summer representing buyer, Jonathan Vento with True North Studios in several acquisitions in the same area, namely the Roosevelt Row District.  While Yahoo Finance highlighted a few of their deals, the significant sale of the O’Neil Printing Building was a recognizable deal all over the valley.  They represented the buyer in the transaction.   “Aside from this being a substantial deal seize at just over $9m, this particular transaction took two escrows and over three years of time to formalize which ultimately made it that much more memorable, stated Justin Horwitz.”
