Phoenix, Arizona – June 16, 2020 – Just recently, there were over a dozen commercial real estate professionals named to the elite 2020 Best Bosses list of recipients. Mike Gallegos, a CRE coach & trainer for several national commercial brokerage firms was recognized as one of them.

Mike Gallegos serves not only as trainer to many other managing directors and commercial real estate advisors, he also recently joined the Portland-based HFO to bring more value to their multifamily expansion. Several years ago, Gallegos was set on creating a training & development program that set people to win. “There were stretches of time where building that program bordered on obsessive focus, requiring a lot of sacrifice and determination,” said Gallegos. Mike has attended many leadership, brokerage, and sales conferences all over the country. One of the key take-away points that resonated with him while attending the Echelon Front’s Muster event was how many levels of excellence present if you’re committed to becoming the best version of yourself/team/company. At the end of last year, Gallegos also received the 2019 Contributor of the Year with Massimo Group. He is a certified coach and holds several designations in the industry that have been a catalyst in elevating industry professionals over the years. He currently serves as a Managing Director at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors in Phoenix and has been instrumental in TOP 10 national brokerage success for the office. His workshops and training every month have been designed to set the advisors up for success.
