Phoenix, Arizona – August 18, 2019 – SVN Desert Commercial is a full service top ranked commercial real estate brokerage in the state of Arizona. Back to back top 10 national rankings within the SVN network; the Phoenix franchise has added three more advisors to grow the industrial and retail teams.
The Director of Retail Leasing & Sales investments, Mary Nollenberger brought on Ingrid Tucker to focus on retail. Tucker is a transplant from Seattle Washington and now calls Arizona home. She spent the past 15 years in the multifamily industry specializing in managing luxury, garden style apartment communities. She comes with a vast knowledge in property management, talent acquisition, property financial management, and client relationships. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her new SVN team which includes Nicole Ridberg and Kevin Weller. Tucker was honored with the Manager of the Year award from Mark Taylor Residential in 2012 and in 2018 was awarded the Developer’s Award for a new development project located in Downtown Gilbert: District Lofts. She will be a great addition to the retail team.
“We are excited to bring on such driven-oriented advisors who are diving right into the training program,” said Director of Marketing, PR & Administration. “We want everyone to feel comfortable here and our goal is to help everyone at SVN become successful.”
Dylan Sproul and Kiersten Wallerstedt are both graduates of Arizona State University and will be specializing in the Industrial market. Dylan began at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors as a summer intern in 2018 and officially joined the SVN team as an Associate Advisor. He is a 3rd generation Arizonan and comes from a lineage of real estate professionals, including his grandfather who worked on the development of the BMO Tower in midtown Phoenix. He brings such a competitive nature to the CRE industry, choosing an academic scholarship over a baseball scholarship. Not to mention, he had his real estate license just after his 18th birthday. He spent his time at ASU in a variety of leadership position with the Kappa Sigma Fraternity and is now part of the Alumni Association. Sproul brings an academic background in Finance and will be a valuable asset in the growing the industrial division at SVN.
Another Sun Devil alumnus, Kiersten Wallerstedt moved from Chicago, Ill. and found a passion for the real estate industry and decided to pursue her career in Arizona. Kiersten has lived in several areas of the valley so has developed a strong knowledge on how the Phoenix Metropolitan area moves and operates. Her background in customer services, sales, restaurant/hospitality, and healthcare will bring great value in joining the SVN team. Kiersten will also be focusing on building the Industrial sector within the brokerage. Wallerstedt stated, “What I look forward to the most with SVN is building a bond with motivated and knowledgeable people in the commercial real estate industry.”
Managing Partner said, “The addition of Dylan, Kiersten, and Ingrid continues our push to grow organically by carefully selecting candidates that have the drive to build highly successful careers through hard work. By plugging into our best-in-class training program and using the resources provided by the SVN national platform, our new hires will be put in a position to bring value to clients right away.”
