Phoenix, Arizona – December 17, 2015 – It is already that time to prepare for the 2016 Brokers for Kids Olympiad games. Earlier in the year, SVN raised thousands of dollars alone to donate to the Boys Hope, Girls Hope organization. This is a year-long fundraising drive in which Valley commercial real estate teams compete to raise money for local children’s charities.
Founded in 1999, Scottsdale 20-30 Club presented the Olympiad where 40 commercial real estate teams compete in a series of fun physical challenges. Since the beginning, the event has helped raised over $4,000,000 for Arizona kids. The primary beneficiary, BHGH was established to help kids reach their full potential. These kids are academically capable, but are in need of financial assistance. Many of scholars come from poverty, households with minimal parent involvements, or single parent homes. This event helps support children in achieving their dreams by providing financial support to help guide them in their academic development, including graduating from college!
Every year, we open up sponsorships to valley business owners and if you would like to support the fundraiser and become a sponsor, there are many to choose from this year. The event will be held at the Scottsdale Stadium on Friday, April 8th, 2016. The Olympiad event begins at 11:00am.
